Plaza Honduras

I live just off Blasco Ibanez (the main student area) I live with Katie and Caity from Uni, and Manuel, who is from Barcelona. On our doorstep we have a supermarket, patisserie, electrics shop, dry cleaners, pharmacy etc! and lots of bars and restaurants! It is a nice area with a mix of locals and students. The main Blasco strip is a 2 minute walk away, and Uni is a 15 min walk/5 min cycle! We usually bike to the town centre which takes around 20 mins, or get the bus from outside the flat. I am going to do a blog on Uni and Transport next so won't go into to much detail now! We used HELLO FLATMATE to find the flat, which is fine, but companies like this tend to over charge as it not a direct land lord. However, it was certainly an easier option! You should be paying between 200-300 a month for a flat including bills. (I pay 290 for everything)

Welcome to Valencia! Here are a few pics of the city centre to get my blog started! The city is beautiful, full of history and enriched with culture. I especially love the buildings in the old town and really enjoy a good wander exploring new places.
